OUR POLICIES
- All bookings require a 35% deposit
- Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or move your booking or you will forfeit your deposit
- Aim to arrive to your appointment 10 mins early. Arriving late will result in you losing your booking.
- Bookings for 3 or more people qualify as a 'group booking' please email newfarm@lushtan.com.au to make a group booking.
FACIALS
- Due to the nature of our busy business we cannot guarantee a completely silent environment. If you are after a day spa experience we highly recommend Endota Spa or Kailo.
OTHER INFO
- Gift vouchers are available to purchase in store and online.
- Gift vouchers and spray tan packs have a 3 year expiry.
- Tag us in your pics for your chance to feature on our instagram!
