OUR POLICIES

• All bookings require a 35% deposit
• All eftpos transactions in store incur a 1.3% fee
• Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or move your booking or you will forfeit your deposit
• Aim to arrive to your appointment 10 mins early. Arriving late will result in you losing your booking.
• Bookings for 3 or more people qualify as a 'group booking' please email newfarm@lushtan.com.au to make a group booking.

FACIALS

• Due to the nature of our busy business we cannot guarantee a completely silent environment. If you are after a day spa experience we highly recommend Endota Spa or Kailo.

• Gift vouchers are available to purchase in store and online.
• Gift vouchers and spray tan packs have a 3 year expiry.
• Tag us in your pics for your chance to feature on our instagram!
