OUR POLICIES

• Any booking over 1 hour will require a 50% deposit

• Please give 24 hours notice or a cancellation fee will apply

• Aim to arrive to your appointment 10 mins early. Arriving late will result in you losing your booking.

• Bookings for 3 or more people qualify as a 'group booking' please contact us to find out more information on this

FACIALS

• Due to the nature of our busy business we cannot guarantee a completely silent environment. If you are after a day spa experience we highly recommend Endota Spa xx

NAILS

• Your nail safety is our biggest priority. To maintain a high level of hygiene and nail care we are sorry that we are unable to take care of you if you have any nail fungi or infection. Please see a doctor as soon as possible for a treatment plan. We would love to see you when your nails are 100% healthy and ready for some love!

• Please advise us if you are coming in with old shellac on that will need removing as we need to accommodate extra time for this service.
